At all times there are special promotions and tournaments open to tourists 
and our staff will keep you informed of what is available during your stay.

Nova Algarve can arrange all aspects of your golf for you at four (shortly to be five) Vilamoura courses and the neighbouring championship course, Vila Sol. 

We are able to arrange attractive discounts and, mostly importantly, we are able to book tee times for you before your arrival. This is particularly important in the main golfing months of October to June. If you leave your tee booking times until your arrival you are most unlikely to get on the courses during daylight hours.
Our professional staff will arrange with you when you want to play well in advance, book the tee times and on arrival will sell you the discounted vouchers. All you have to do is present the voucher to the course and receive your cards and instructions. This is one of the easiest ways to play golf in the Algarve.
We are also able to arrange tee times at virtually all the other major courses on the Algarve and agreed discounts although the discounts may vary according to the time of year.

The prices below are an indication for Vilamoura courses for Old Village guests and are subject to change.

There are also some package deals available, please ask us for information as these do change on a regular basis.

NB: It is not allowed to arrange tee times for the packages until physically present in Vilamoura and it could be that tee times will not be available at peak times.

Prices can be changed by the Vilamoura authorities without prior notice; equally there are often special promotions at various courses that are Reception staff will be aware of.

Handicap certificates and softspikes are mandatory.

PASSPORT GOLF

There is a system whereby you can buy a golf passport.This allows you to play on five separate courses (not San Lourenco, Vale de Lobo or the Old Course) during a fourteen day period.
This is good value on the face of it but there are severe practical drawbacks. Firstly, you cannot buy the passport until you physically arrive in the Algarve and secondly, you are then restricted to booking within forty eight hours of when you want to play. In practice you will find it very difficult to get on the better known courses such as Pinhal or Quinta do Lago. Even our staff cannot wriggle around this one!

It is difficult therefore to recommend the passport option unless you want to play outside the main months or you are prepared to play at the lesser known courses where the consequent savings will be of course be less.
